The company has the same management team of Sree Gurudharma Kuries, a financial institution, run by Sree Narayana Gurudharma Trust, which played a crucial role in the activities of Sree Narayana Gurudharma Trust over the last 10 years. The chit and finance business started in a modest way at Mala, Thrissur. For the better services and development of the trust, a new finance corporation with a huge investment was very much necessary and this lead to the formation of "MALA GURUDHARMAM CHITS LIMITED", a company registered under the companies act 1956, limited by shares.(Reg no: U65992KL2010PLCO25276). Now, MGCL is a public limited company with a huge financial setup and a huge customer base with maximum customer satisfaction. The managing director of the company is Mr PK Sudhish Babu, a post graduate from Kerala Verma college, Thrissur.
Sree Narayana Gurudharma Trust was formed by a group of philanthropic followers of Sree Narayana Guru, the great saint and social reformer of modern India. The trust was formed in the year 1998 (reg no: 48/98).
The trust is involved in various charitable and social activities based on the strong foundation of Sree Narayana Gurudeva’s teachings. The trust conducts various programs like camps, personality development classes and pilgrimage in every year for the whole society as a part of social service and entertainment for the society. The trust also conducts various programs like distribution of study materials, onam kits etc… for the welfare of the society.
